Each year Harbour Hospice holds an annual art exhibition at the Estuary Arts Centre, Orewa to raise vital funds for patient and family care and this year will be their 19th Art Exhibition & Sale.
It costs approximately $14m a year to provide specialist palliative care, free of charge, for people in the community with life-limiting illnesses and support for their families too. With only around 50% of their annual funding needs coming from Health New Zealand, fundraising is crucial to make up the shortfall.
With the help of a wonderful community of artists and supporters, proceeds from this event go directly to helping Harbour Hospice patients, their families and whānau.
When: The Exhibition opens with a ticketed Preview Night on Thursday 29 May
The Exhibition will be open to the public from Friday 30 May to Monday 2 June (King's Birthday weekend).
Where: Estuary Arts Centre, 214 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Orewa.
